Founded in 1993 by Peter John Locascio, the office of locascioarchitect offers architectural, environmental, graphic identity and sustainable design services. In a continuing commitment towards excellence, the office stays aggressively informed of current design innovations, technical practices and management procedures. We are active with both public and private sector projects for a variety of clients, and our projects have included design and project management of community facilities, private houses, retail environments, high and low rise residential buildings, and renovations. In addition, we have been the recipient of a highly selective Excellence in Design architectural services contract awarded by the New York City Department of Design and Construction, as well as multiple Requirements Contracts by the New York City Housing Authority. Each project is efficiently guided through the budgeting, design, bidding, permit approval and construction phases. Mr. Locascio has also taught design studios, technical courses and acted as a regular design jury member at the New York Institute of Technology College of Architecture.
