A renovation of an existing Senior Citizens Center, the work primarily focused on the reconfiguration of facility entrance, replacement of interior finishes and lighting with targeted partition reconfiguration. This project demonstrates the commitment to the creation of quality space through the introduction of well detailed light transmitting envelope elements. The new exterior work affects the quality of the interior environments disproportionately to its size. This critical building node now is flooded with light and a strong relationship to the exterior establishing a facility attribute where none previously existed. As exhibited here, our projects establish a tactile solidity through attentive detailing to complement the ethereal qualities of construction materials and assemblies.
