This renovation of the 8,650 sf existing branch library building will require upgrading all finishes, fixtures, and furnishings, as well as re-wiring the building for IT demand. Additionally, new wall openings will be created to strengthen the relationship between the building interior and adjacent reading garden. The Utica Avenue facade will be reinvented to admit more light to the building interior and full street front landscaping will be provided to enhance the public interface and reinforce the building’s identity. The project is currently under construction.
